    • What’s included in my room?

      Room inclusions are clearly listed on the room card and again on the checkout page. Please review them before completing your booking.

    • What is child/extra-bed policies?

      These vary by hotel and room. Room details state whether children stay free, extra-bed availability, and any charges. Review the policy on the room card/checkout page before paying.

    • Do hotels require a security deposit at check-in?

      Some hotels take a refundable deposit (card hold/cash) for incidentals. If applicable, it will be mentioned in property policies and/or your voucher.

    • What ID is required at check-in?

      A valid government-issued photo ID is typically required for all staying guests (passport for international travelers). The name on the voucher should match the lead guest’s ID.
