    Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

    • What is the cancellation policy for my hotel?

      Policies are rate- and hotel-specific (e.g., Non-Refundable vs Refundable until a deadline). The exact policy and any applicable fees are shown on the room card, checkout page, and on your voucher.

    • How do I cancel my booking?

      Use My Bookings to select the booking and follow the cancellation flow (if the rate allows cancellation). For assistance, please reach out to us on TIA – our Travelxp Intelligent Assistant or email us at customercare@travelxp.com.

    • When will I get my refund after cancellation?

      If your rate is refundable and you cancel within the allowed window, refunds are processed per policy; bank processing times may apply.

    • Can I modify dates/guest names/room type after booking?

      Modifications depend on hotel/rate rules and availability. Some rates can’t be changed.
