travelxp collects the full name and contact number for a traveler when a travel reservation or request for travel reservation is made. We may also collect information about each travelers preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer / hotel / car hire programs and membership numbers, and ticketing options. This information is stored in the My Account area of a member's travelxp account. You shall have right to modify such information from time to time by accessing your account in the My Account area.
When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through travelxp, we may collect INFO and information about each traveler's preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car hire programs and membership numbers, and ticketing options about that individual.
You should ensure the accuracy of the above said information of other individuals before providing travelxp, as they will be unable to directly access our systems to view or change any information you provide on their behalf. You should also ensure that consent from the other individuals is obtained prior to providing such information to travelxp.

Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information regarding to payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.
travelxp hereby advises and informs all not to disclose their payment details including Credit / Debit card numbers CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date or any other details about their card to our travelxperience agents or any one from travelxp on phone or by email. travelxp does not ask such information either by mail or on phone.

In response to such request, travelxp and/or its providers will give access to all the information you provide at the time of making your reservation to the applicable government agencies of the countries to or from which you are travelling.
travelxp provides information about the purchased travel to third parties that provide services to us or provides service to you on our behalf. These service providers are located across the world including India, European Economic Area (EEA) countries and other Non European Economic Area (EEA) countries as well and they will disclose your INFO and information to hotels, airlines, cruises, sightseeing operators, aggregators, consolidators, car suppliers or any other product that you have purchased. Like any other travel agent, this information must be shared with our travel suppliers to confirm your reservation and travel preferences. In addition to disclosing your information and INFO to them, the parties may contact you directly as well without our or your permission in order to confirm your travel preferences, availabilities, feedback and other activities pertaining to your travel purchase and consumption.
