    Booking and Payment

    • Does Travelxp charge a service fee for flight bookings?

      A small convenience fee is included in the total fare. This amount is displayed transparently before you make the payment; no hidden charges.

    • Can I book a flight for someone else?

      Yes, you can. Enter the traveler's name and details while booking. The e-ticket will be issued in their name and sent to your registered email address.

    • How do I get my e-ticket after booking?

      You’ll receive your e-ticket via email and SMS once your payment is successful. Make sure you enter the correct email ID at the time of booking. You can also view and download your ticket anytime in the My Bookings section on Travelxp.

    • What payment options are available?

      You can pay using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking from major banks. Currently, EMI options are not supported, and American Express (Amex) and DCB Bank cards are not accepted. All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

    • Can I add promo codes or offers?

      Yes. You can enter promo codes on the payment page before checkout. Only one promo or offer can be applied per booking. Bank discounts don’t apply automatically — they must be added manually. You can view all eligible offers on the passenger details screen and choose your preferred offer. We offer bank discounts with leading banks like HDFC, SBI, Kotak Bank, and IDFC Bank.

    • What if my promo code doesn’t work?

      Check the terms and conditions of the promo code. Each code has a fair usage limit and specific eligibility rules. If it still doesn’t apply, please reach out to us on TIA – our Travelxp Intelligent Assistant or email us at customercare@travelxp.com

    • What if my payment fails?

      If your payment fails, retry after a few minutes or try a different method. Do not book another ticket or use a different platform for at least an hour and wait for our team to get in touch with you. If money is debited but you didn’t get a booking, please reach out to us on TIA – our Travelxp Intelligent Assistant or email us at customercare@travelxp.com

    • Can I get a GST invoice?

      You can add your company’s GST number only before completing your booking. Once the ticket is issued, GST details cannot be updated or added later. Make sure to enter accurate billing details at checkout if you need a GST invoice.

    • Is my payment secure on Travelxp?

      Yes. All transactions are processed through industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your data remains completely secure.
