    • What if an airline/hotel/supplier denies service or is there a service issue?

      Operational control lies with independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators). Travelxp, as tour organizer, is not liable for service denial/deficiency or consequences such as loss, delay, baggage issues, Staff behavior, meal quality, etc., attributable to the supplier.

    • What is Travelxp’s maximum liability?

      In any case, Travelxp’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the holiday. Travelxp has no liability for any indirect, special, or consequential loss/damage.

    • Legal jurisdiction

      Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
