    Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

    • What is the cancellation policy for this holiday?

      100% of the amount is chargeable in case of cancellation (no refund). Please book only after reviewing the full itinerary and inclusions.

    • Can I change the itinerary after booking?

      Changes (date shifts, hotel/room upgrades, tour swaps) are chargeable and subject to availability. We’ll inform you of the new cost in advance for your approval before proceeding.

    • What if my flight is delayed/cancelled or there’s a force majeure event?

      All costs and consequences arising from force majeure/unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, Political disturbances, health issues, airline delays/cancellations) are to be borne by the guest.

    • No-show policy

      If you fail to report a booked service (flight/tour/transfer/hotel) on time, it is treated as a no-show per supplier's rules; charges are typically nonrefundable.
